Use this form to submit photos of the property being appraised. The more photos you provide, the more thorough and accurate your appraisal will be. Photos are uploaded securely to our private storage and are only used for your appraisal.
What to Photograph
You don't need professional equipment — a smartphone works perfectly. Hold it in landscape orientation and make sure rooms are well-lit.
Exterior (Required)
- Front of home — Full front view from the curb showing the roofline, garage, and yard
- Street scene — One photo looking left and one looking right from the curb
- Rear of home — Full back view showing the roofline, patios, and any additions
- Backyard & outdoor features — Pool, spa, patio, detached structures, fencing
- Side yards — If accessible, photograph each side of the house
Interior (Required)
- Kitchen — 2-3 photos showing countertops, cabinets, appliances, and flooring
- All bathrooms — Show vanity, shower/tub, flooring, and fixtures
- Living areas — One photo per room showing size, flooring, and overall condition
- Bedrooms — At least the primary bedroom with flooring and windows visible
- Laundry area — Especially indoor laundry rooms
Systems & Upgrades (Helpful)
- Water heater & HVAC — Show the data plate/label with the manufacture date
- Electrical panel — Open the panel and photograph the breaker labels
- Solar panels, new roof, remodeled rooms — Any recent upgrades
- Condition issues — Deferred maintenance, damage, or anything notable
Aim for 20–30+ photos. More is always better — we'll use what we need. If you don't have access to the property, listing photos, Google Street View, or assessor photos work too. Just let us know in the notes.
